The wonderful wedding day of Jennifer and Imran was truly perfect! From the beautiful light and airy venue of Lartington Hall, Barnard Castle, to the subtly elegant details that seemed to be everywhere, it was a day of happiness and joy.
From the first contact we had I knew the day was going to be special, Jennifer has such a vision for her day, her beautiful aesthetic was a complete reflection of her elegant self and a reflection of the two of them as a couple. Jennifer told me they had looked for a long time for a photographer who reflected their vision and their enthusiasm at finding my work only made me more excited to work with them.
Jennifer knew she wanted the whole day to be “white white white!” and pulled it of in such a beautifully understated way. Their wedding was a black-tie event resulting in probably the best dressed guests I’ve ever seen, with all the men looking very dapper in their Tuxes and it made it so special for their guests too :)
The love they had for each other was so beautiful to see, their personalities so different but ones that complemented each other perfectly. The fact they were planning an outdoor ceremony was something that I love to see, the weather rewarded them and was glorious. It honestly felt like I was shooting in the south of France.
Putting this post together brought back happy memories, it was truly a great pleasure to capture their wedding day.
